About the studio
Where shastra, craft, and the daily life of a temple meet
Who leads the work
The people behind the temples
Our work is led by two devotees — one in the architecture and construction of the mandir, the other in the seva of the deities it houses.

Architecture & Construction Lead
Ananta Acharya Dasa
Ananta Acharya Dasa leads the architecture and construction of the temples — from the first site plan and the structure of the mandir to the Raja Gopuram and the finished sanctum.
He works to translate shastra and the needs of daily worship into a buildable design, and stays with each project from the drawings through construction and installation.

How we work
Consult, design, build
- 01
Consult
We start by listening: to the deities' needs, to the life of the congregation, and to the realities of the site and the budget.
- 02
Design
We work out the design across shastra, craft, and daily use, settling every detail before anything is built.
- 03
Build & Install
We produce, build, and install, staying with the craft all the way to the deities' installation and the temple's first days of worship.
